Job Description
Our Client are a long established Mid-Tier builder who specialise in “Difficult” projects where a high level of consultative communication is required to provide a successful outcome for all parties.
Typical projects are refurbishment and fit outs in partly occupied schools / Hotels / Hospitals / High Rise Apartments /Aged Care facilities/ Child Care centres etc. in the value range of $0.5m to $10M each – in the Greater Sydney Metro area.
Due to Increased workload, we are now seeing on their behalf, expressions of Interest from Site Managers / Site Foreman (M/F) + Leading hands etc. who have experience in the above project types and values.
Reporting to a visiting Project Manager the person(s) we are looking for will have:
- At least three to five years’ experience as a Supervisory capacity undertaking similar project types and values – please provide details in your application.
- Outstanding Oral and written communication skills as you will be dealing with the clients directly.
- Current First Aid certificate /Current Police Check / Current Drivers Licence. / Hoist Operators Ticket etc.
- Extensive report / record writing skills- you will be asked for examples an interviews so be prepared.
- Checkable references.
