Established over two decades ago, our client have become a successful builder in the Design and Construct Market – delivering New Build Projects such as the above within time cost and quality.

They have recently secured another project from a repeat customer.

It’s a $40m New Build Office Block, including the early Works Package, in the Penrith area.

As a result they are now looking for an experienced Site Manager.

Reporting to a visiting Project Manager, the person we are looking for will have:

1. At least five plus years’ experience with a Commercial /Industrial builder on projects similar to the above.
2. Outstanding Oral and written communication skills as you will be dealing directly with the client.
3. Current First Aid certificate.
4. Trade background preferred.
5. Checkable references.
6. Ability to meet strict deadlines.
