• Projects are all in the region covering Gosford to Tamworth to Port Macquarie.

Established almost 20 years ago, this family friendly company have become a very successful quiet achiever in the Commercial Market – focusing mainly on healthcare and education sector.   IE Schools / Universities / Hospitals / Medical Centres / Child Care Centres etc.

They now employ over 50 full time staff undertake projects anywhere from Gosford to Tamworth to Port Macquarie   with the occasional project popping up in the Northern Rivers region on NSW.

Due to increased workload from repeat customers newly created positions has become available for experienced Site Foreman (M/F) / Leading hands to join them – for projects in the above geographical locations.

Reporting directly to the visiting Construction Manager the persons we are looking will have:

1. Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
2. At least two to five years’ experience in Australia with a Commercial / Industrial Builder as a Site Foreman / Leading hand or Similar.
3. Up to date computer skills with Procore  / Jobpac / Cheops  / Buildsoft  /Timberline / Nexvia  or Similar
4. Current NSW Drivers Licence. – Company car or car allowance will be provided.
5. Outstanding communication skills as you will be dealing with people at all levels, both internal staff and external people.
6. Checkable references
7. Up to date Covid 19 Vaccination record
8. A Calm / Accommodating / Professional persona is essential for all employees – from the Directors downwards.
