Our client are a national integrated property management group who specialise in the industrial sector.

They design, build, and maintain structures such as warehouses / distribution centres / car showrooms / manufacturing facilities etc. typical construction values are in the $10m to $200m range.

IE Bunnings / Costco / Post Office Distribution centres / Amazon Warehousing / Data Centres etc.

Due to increased workload a newly created position has become available in their Sydney office.

Reporting directly to the NSW General Manager the people we are looking for must have:

1. At least Five years’ experience in a similar role – preferably with the one employer.
2. Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
3. Ability to deal with people at all levels – this includes clients, consultants, fellow staff, subcontractors and suppliers.
4. Ability to lead and mentor those around you
5. Up to date computer skills.
6. Experience with a tier one or tier two commercial builder would be highly regarded.
7. Up to date vaccination records.
8. Up to date computer skills in Procore / Cheops / Hammertech etc.
9. Ability to pass normal pre-employment medical and security checks etc.
