Estimator / Contracts Administrator / Quantity Surveyor – Design and Construct Builder in Penrith

D&C Commercial / Industrial builder in The Penrith area needs the above to assist with delivery of Complex Refurbishment & New Build Projects

  • Stay ASAP – Site Based role in the Penrith area
  •  Experience with Procore  / Cheops / Jobpac / Nexvia would be great.

Our Client are a long established Tier Two Commercial /Industrial Builder who  have been trading successfully  for many years – through boom  and recession times.

Their very experienced Senior Management team know how the successfully deliver complex projects within time, cost and quality, irrespective of the economic environment.

Most of their work these days is negotiated with projects ranging in value from $0.5m to $50m.

The more complex the projects – the more successful they are with safety, quality and profitable projects being of the upmost priority.

Experience in occupied aged care   / retail fit outs  / child care centres would also be a big plus.

Due to increased workload we are now looking for Contract Administrators /Quantity Surveyors with at least three to seven years post grad experience.

Of particular interest are Contract Administrators /Quantity Surveyors who have documented and successfully sublet trade packages on complex refurbishment / interior fit out / new build projects either in Australia / NZ / UK / Ireland etc. – and  before you ask sponsorship in NOT available.
