Established over two decades ago, our client have become a very successful player in the installation, maintenance and repairs of Building Services on Commercial and Industrial projects (no residential).

They now employ over 150 people, all in Sydney across HVAC / Fire etc.

Due to continued growth, for repeat customers, they are now looking for a new leader who can take over the day to day running of the Fire services division – which employs over 20 personnel.

Reporting to the general Manager and working in a collaborative manner with other team leaders, clients and internal staff the purpose of this appointment it to create a more harmonious working environment and leadership within this group.

The person we are looking for will have:

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Accreditation / Registration under the Fire Protection Accreditation Scheme (FPAS)  in NSW – Please provide your   accreditation number on your application.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• At least five plus years’ experience, preferably in Australia, as a Team Leader or similar in the installation, maintenance and repairs of Building Services and associate components.
• Ability to provide “Real Practical” solutions.
• Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
• Current Drivers Licence.
• Ability to keep everyone happy and grow the business where possible.
